Performance Based Measurement (PBM): PBMs have been implemented in lieu of the traditional 100 Question Multiple Choice Final Exam by the State of North Carolina to measure a student's proficiency in a given course. Per the Sport and Event Marketing I Curriculum Guide, stakeholders are seeking proposals from the students as the Event Marketers for a new event in the form of a concert, festival, sporting event, or other type of experience. The mission of each student is to develop an event proposal per the rubric.
