Horace Allen has "only" worked at Title I middle and high schools in his role as a classroom teacher. Through the implementation of the LegacyCreators Roadmap to Success, Horace Allen facilitated successful outcomes during his three years at Morningside Middle School (CCSD), one year at North Charleston High School (CCSD), and three years at South Garner High School (WCPSS).

The mission of LegacyCreators and the Federal TRiO Programs (i.e. Upward Bound, Student Support Services, Talent Search, and GEAR UP) are consistent based on the fact both programs support students from challenging socio-economic circumstances and first generation college students as a means to promote and assist their progress through the Academic Pipeline from Middle School to High School to College to Post Baccalaureate Endeavors in the form of Graduate School or a Career.

Research Studies have shown students who attended high poverty and traditionally low academic performing Title I schools disproportionately represent the percentage of adults who are 1) under/unemployed, 2) reliant on public assistance for food and housing, 3) participants in gang related activities, 4) associated with the illicit drug trade, 5) perpetrators of crime and violence, and 6) subsequently incarcerated in the state and federal prison systems of the United States.

LegacyCreators and its associated brands are based on the go to market earned revenue Social Entrepreneurship model. Unlike the vast majority of 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations who primarily rely on philanthropic donations, the means by which LegacyCreators generates revenue is by utilizing the traditional for profit entrepreneurship model. Revenue is earned by competing in the open marketplace via the branding, marketing, selling and delivering of Consulting Services in the form of teaching, mentoring, academic and personal coaching, the design and building of digital portfolios and websites for individual and corporate clients. The revenues that are generated by LegacyCreators are utilized to maximize the social good through the implementation of its Roadmap to Success mission, and not to maximize shareholder value. The revenue that LegacyCreators generates is invested back into the community in which its stakeholders live, learn, work and play.

LegacyCreators Mission is implemented via a Roadmap to Success that connects “The Why”, and “The How” to “Successful Outcomes” as a means to provide the foundation and empowerment for “Economic Development” and “Economic Equity” towards the progression, transformation and eventual achievement of true and real “Social Justice“.
The foundation of the LegacyCreators Roadmap to Success is established when the student state in writing the critical success factors that establishes “The Why” in the form of their Personal Goal Tracker. The student's personal, academic, educational, employment and career goals that they input, facilitated by a LegacyCreators Personal Coach, serves as the anchor on their LegacyCreators Roadmap to Success. Personal Goal Tracker milestones are evaluated and updated every 30, 60, and 90 days.
The foundation of the LegacyCreators Roadmap to Success in its implementation of the “The How #1” are the standards within the course, CTE Career Management (North Carolina Course Code: CC45, Page 52), and the Student's "​Digital Portfolio".
The “The How #2” (Digital Portfolio) consist of the artifacts and evidence of high performance achieved milestones, goals, and aspirations regarding the student's advancement  in their LegacyCreators Roadmap to Success:

To facilitate Economic Equity through Economic Development, Horace Allen and LegacyCreators will pursue contract initiatives with the types of organizations and entities listed below;

…as a means to provide 1) consulting, 2) academic coaching, 3) personal coaching, 4) mentoring, and 5) a hybrid teaching and adjunct professor model that will consist of in-person push-out, lab, lecture, synchronous, and asynchronous instruction.

LegacyCreators will teach the Career and Technical Education (CTE) course standards for Career Management (ED45), as a means for students to design and build a Digital Portfolio for the purpose of personal branding and marketing that will serve as the foundation for their college admissions, college essays, college recommendations, college scholarships, and college internships.

To facilitate the graduation, retention and employment rate of its students, the vision of LegacyCreators is to create a vertically integrated Roadmap to Success partnership model that encompasses matriculation starting in middle school through high school to their graduation from college or the U.S. Military and eventual transformation into a career within a chosen industry, field or endeavor.

​LegacyCreators Digital Portfolio and Web Development Team Utilizes the Technology component within the STEM acronym to design and build student Digital Portfolios that serve as the foundation for College Admission, College Scholarships and College Internships. The LegacyCreators Web Development Team also designs and builds Branding and Marketing Solutions for small and medium size organizations in the form of Web Design and Web Development via the Implementation and Integration of Commerce, Merchant Services, Payments, and Social Media using Square as its technology platform.
