Performance Based Measurement (PBM): PBMs have been implemented in lieu of the traditional 100 Question Multiple Choice Final Exam by the State of North Carolina to measure a student's proficiency in a given course. Per the Marketing curriculum guide, students are the Director of Product Development. Their supervisor has tasked them to develop and present an idea for a new consumer packaged good per the rubric.
