LegacyCreators Mission is implemented via a Roadmap to Success that connects “The Why”, and “The How” to “Successful Outcomes” as a means to provide the foundation and empowerment for “Economic Development” and “Economic Equity” towards the progression, transformation and eventual achievement of true and real “Social Justice“.

The means by which the LegacyCreators Roadmap to Success utilizes the “The Why” as the foundational anchor is through the implementation of a Personal Goal Tracker, a document based on input from the student contains their personal, academic, educational and employment goals. The Personal Goal Tracker milestones are evaluated and updated every 30, 60, and 90 days.
The foundation of the LegacyCreators Roadmap to Success in its implementation of the “The How” are the standards within the course, CTE Career Management (North Carolina Course Code: CC45, Page 52), and the Student's "​Digital Portfolio".
The Digital Portfolio, per the list of contents and examples below, consist of the artifacts and evidence of high performance achieved milestones, goals, and aspirations on the student's advancement  in their LegacyCreators Roadmap to Success:
- A Slideshow Overview of the Student (i.e. who they are, GPA, extracurricular activities, employment, etc.) 
- Bullets Reflecting an Overview of the Student's Achievement
- Resume and Biography
- Honor Roll Certificate or Unofficial Academic Transcript
- Awards, Certificates and Recognition
- Banner Reflecting the Student's Dream Colleges and Universities
- Slideshow That Shows the Student's College Admissions and College Scholarships
- Linkedin, Social Media and Email Links
- Galleries Consisting of Personal, Academic, Educational, Employment, Professional and Extracurricular Achievements
- Videos of the Student's Performance in a Multitude of Forums
- Design Menu: Video and Poster of Who the Student is, a Business Card, and a STEM (Technology) Design Based Presentation 
LegacyCreators Roadmap to Success "Begins" with the "End" in Mind! The students and in some cases the families themselves want instant microwaved gratification. The reality is the American academic, educational, and economic system is based on delayed slow cooked gratification that requires students to embark on a step by step achievement of "Successful Outcomes".
